DailyPulse Privacy Policy

DailyPulse is a personal tracking app made by MML Tech Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), based in Florida. This policy explains what information DailyPulse collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.
Information you give us
Account details: your email address, the display name you choose, and your password (stored only in protected, hashed form by our authentication provider).
Habits: the habits you create, their schedules, and your completion history.
Nutrition: your ingredient library, meal presets, meal logs, daily targets, eating window, and any nutrition rules you write.
Medications, peptides and supplements: names, amounts, schedules, timing notes, cycles, vial and reconstitution details, dose logs, and journal entries you write about them.
Workouts: your exercises, templates, logged sessions and sets, and personal records.
Food searches: when you search the USDA food database, the words you search for.
Information we do not collect
DailyPulse does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. It contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use your information
We use your information only to run DailyPulse for you: to save and show your data, sync it across your devices when you sign in, send account emails such as verification and password-reset codes, and respond when you contact us for support. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.
Health information
Medication, supplement, nutrition and workout entries are sensitive. We treat them with extra care: they are visible only to your account, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers listed below, who store or process them on our behalf. DailyPulse is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; always follow your healthcare provider's instructions.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate DailyPulse. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Supabase: hosts our database and handles sign-in. Your account and app data are stored there.
Email delivery provider: sends account emails such as verification and password-reset codes. It receives your email address.
USDA FoodData Central: a U.S. government food database. When you search for a food, our server sends only the search words, never your account information.
Apple: distributes the app through the App Store and TestFlight under Apple's own privacy policy.
If we add optional features that need to share data with another provider, such as AI meal suggestions or text-message reminders, we will ask for your permission in the app before any data is shared, and we will update this policy first.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
How we protect your information
Your data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers and encrypted at rest. Access rules in our database ensure each account can read only its own data. Access to our production systems is limited to the people who operate DailyPulse, and only as needed to keep the service running. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time in the app: Settings > Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately; copies in our encrypted backups are removed within 7 days.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit everything you have entered directly in the app, and delete it at any time. You can also email us to request a copy of your information or to ask any question about it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
DailyPulse is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the effective date above and let you know in the app before the changes take effect.
